To your member involved in a crash 3rd cat race, He/you apologised to me saying it was his fault for the crash. I didn't think it was and looking at the pics it wasn't. The sigma guy hit me and i went into you/him. Apologies but nothing I could do to prevent hitting you.

I wasn't there, but the photos are fairly revealing. I guess you're the guy lying down in the mud next to our Big Matt. It looks, as you say, like the Sigma rider took on a wobble and gave you a shove. From the apparent angle that he's leaning at, how he managed to stay upright is amazing. It's difficult to know where the wobble started, or to apportion blame.

Hope you're okay. Matt says he's bruised and his bike's all messed up. I don't know how everybody else fared. There were crashes in all the races, but only one broken (collar-) bone that I'm aware of, in the 4ths, I think. A long trip for you and an unsatisfactory result, but if you're a regular, you'll know that it's not the first incident of its kind at Hillingdon.

Thanks for coming to our forum with an explanation/apology. I'm sure Matt won't blame you, it's just one of those (regular!) things.

By the way, how did you leave a message? You don't seem to be on the Forum Members List!
