Congratulations to Natalie Creswick for becoming SE East Region RR Champion on Saturday at Ellen's Green, beating Elite rider Charlotte Blackman into second place. New recruit, Alex Tyrer come home in an encouraging 16th place.
A superb WIN for Damon Yates on Thursday on the Kitsmead Lane circuit on Thursday, with Stuart Ward (riding as Ful-on-Tri) also collecting 3rd place!

Twickenham CC had representation at the Smithfields Nocture on Saturday Evening, in the shape of Steve Home & Sandy King in the Elite Men's Criterium (Sandy riding 'shotgun' for Warwick Spence as Cyclefit RT), Men's Support Race - Tom Sutherland, and the Women's Criterium, Natalie Creswick & Alex Tyrer (both Ladies having ridden the SE RR Champs earlier). Results to follow, but some tenacious performances were reported from our riders.
Declan Higgins continued his good form of late by scoring a great 3rd place at Eelmore last Wednesday evening in the Youths Race. Gavin Mitchell also collected more points with a well-earned 6th position in the 3/4 battle - Click Here for a report.
The Twickenham were represented by Gavin Mitchell, Rob Drinkwater and Dave Jack.
It was Kierin night at Reading and Rob did a great ride in his heat, leaving all of his other competitors behind, to get through to the final. In the next heat were Gavin and Dave. Gavin managed to get behind the Derny but once the derny pulled off World Master Sprint Champion Lee Povey and Co flew past, he finished fourth in the heat Dave finishing sixth.
In the Kierin Final Rob had a good start but got passed by Lee Povey and Sam Serruya in the final moments to finish third.
In the 20k Dave went for one of he usual early attacks taking three others with him. Gavin did a turn on the front and as he was trying to get back into the string, attacks when in, he got caught in between groups and couldn’t get back on, so decided to pack in. Dave couldn’t keep up the pace and eventually pulled out.
