A number of our members actively participate in Triathlons and other multi-disciple events, indeed, many have joined us from this background.

Triathlons are events combining the elements of Swimming, Cycling, & Running in sequence, over a set course, where the overall winner is decided upon the event taken to complete the whole course.

The fitness levels of Triathletes is supreme, due to the distinct variations of the activities involved, combined with the endurance and determination required to compete in these events.

Some of our coaches are experienced Triathletes, who understand the unique aspects of this style of competition.

We welcome Triathletes within our club, but it should be noted that we are Cycling Club not a Tri Club. Having said that, we can still help your "on the bike" development, & many Triathletes often find themselves eventually embracing the sport of Cycling over & above the multi-disciplined events.
