Prime Coaching are holding a number of coaching sessions at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit and Welwyn Track.
Hillingdon Cycle
Circuit Date: Saturday 5th June 2010
The session will consist of skill and fitness exercises under the
direction of qualified coaches, and is particularly suited to all
female riders and male riders up to 4th category. The format will be
flexible to suit the abilities and experience of riders.
The cost is £12 for adults or £8 for 14 to 18 year olds.

This is an ideal training opportunity for any rider, Novice,
Intermediate and Experienced, who is planning to take part in the
Welwyn Track League this summer.
The cost is £12 for adults (18 years plus), and £8 for 10 to 17 year
olds.
